At the beginning of the twentieth century (year of founding 1911) a first group was founded, mainly by Mrs. Laura Paioli Gnudi, dedicated to the manufacture of mechanical parts for motorcycles.
From the first steel mudguards, this original company saw its production evolve as it took on ever more demanding tasks. Fuel fillers, level gauges, shock absorbers, forks, etc.
It was in facing this last sector of manufacturing that the two Paioli firms were born.
